• What is your exchanges, returns, and refunds policy?

We want you to love your purchase but if you are unhappy for any reason, we will accept returns on some items up to 30 days after placing your order. Learn more on our returns page.

• What forms of ordering and payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please email support@ambientinks.com for instructions.

• How does the charge appear on my credit card statement or bank account statement?

The charge that will appear on your statement will be from AMBIENT INKS.

• What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items you order and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. We will not ship any orders to a 3rd party shipping company, a freight forwarder, or PO boxes. We offer a variety of international shipping methods including a low cost option. Delivery times will vary depending on which method you choose. There may be unexpected delays that are out of our control for international orders.

• How do digital downloads work?

When you purchase a digital download, there will be a download link in the order confirmation page that you can click to download your digital download. The link to your digital download will also be emailed to the email you provided during the order checkout process

• My question was not answered here, now what?

Please email our customer service team at support@ambientinks.com and we will do our best to answer your questions in a timely manner (expect a reply within 1-2 business days).
